Job summary

Otsuka ICU Medical LLC seeks an IT Manager to lead enterprise systems implementation across its Texas manufacturing campus. The role prioritizes SAP standup at the existing facility, with ongoing IT planning and buildout for a second site on the same campus.

The ideal candidate will manage data migration, validation, and post-go-live support while coordinating IT across two linked buildings and ensuring compliant, scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive IT experience, including enterprise systems.
• Direct, hands-on participation in at least one full-lifecycle SAP implementation.
• Experience with SAP in manufacturing (production, inventory, or supply chain).
• Strong IT infrastructure knowledge and governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site IT lead for the SAP implementation at the existing facility.
• Coordinate data migration, configuration, testing, and validation with partners and owners.
• Support IT planning, design, and buildout for a new facility on the same campus.
• Maintain IT infrastructure across campus (network, servers, security).
• Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and data integrity for SAP and plant systems.
• Plan IT readiness, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
