Myna Partners is seeking a Senior Risk & Compliance Associate to help clients build and mature IT risk, privacy, and governance programs. You will lead engagements across SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and related standards, guiding teams and strengthening client relationships to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions.

The role supports hybrid work arrangements with travel to client sites, and offers opportunities to expand expertise in regulatory frameworks and audit initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT risk, compliance, or audit.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Strong understanding of COBIT, NIST, ISO, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, etc.
• Prior consulting experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage multiple projects with timelines and budgets.
• Direct engagement teams and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Strengthen client relationships through active engagement.
• Provide audit and compliance guidance and risk management.
• Design and implement risk and compliance programs using frameworks like SOX, CCPA, GDPR, HIPAA; and standards such as NIST, ISO, COBIT.
• Benchmark practices against industry trends.
• Coach junior team members and guide career growth.
