Zusammenfassung

Myna Partners is seeking a Senior Risk & Compliance Associate to support multiple projects across privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, and audit programs. You will help design, implement, and mature IT risk and compliance frameworks aligned with SOX, CCPA, GDPR, HIPAA, and standards such as NIST, ISO, and COBIT.

You will collaborate with engagement teams, manage client relationships, and guide junior staff while navigating diverse client environments. This is a hybrid role with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of IT risk, compliance, or audit experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards (COBIT, NIST, ISO, HIPAA, GLBA, SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA).
• Strong ability to facilitate and lead in-person and remote sessions.
• Superb writing skills with clear articulation of problems and solutions.
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Client Relationships: strengthen client interactions and recommendations.
• Audit & Compliance Support: assist client internal audit and compliance teams.
• Designing & Implementing Risk and Compliance Programs: apply regulatory frameworks (SOX, CCPA, GDPR, HIPAA) and standards (NIST, ISO, COBIT).
• Benchmarking Current Practices: measure alignment and maturity with best practices and evolving regulations.
• Mentor and coach junior team members; manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain strong work ethic, accountability, and proactive communication.
