Qualifications

• Experience with Texas procurement rules and DIR contracts.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Experience planning budgets and fiscal year activities.
• Ability to gather data and create clear records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Handle full request-to-receipt IT procurements, including quotes and approvals.
• Enter requisitions and receipts for IT goods and services.
• Coordinate with ITSAC contract managers to issue and update POs.
• Collaborate with IT budget staff to align spend with the annual plan.
• Track recurring IT contracts to prevent service lapses.
