Belden is seeking an IT project leader to manage program-level planning, resources, and stakeholder coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The role includes creating comprehensive infrastructure checklists, proposals, and executive reports, with responsibility for continuous optimization and best practices across development processes.

The candidate will deliver end-to-end technical solutions, document service offerings and SLAs, and develop a procurement-to-inventory process map.

Formación

• Master’s degree required.
• 2 years of IT project management experience.
• Travel 10-15% to US and India.
• US work authorization without employer sponsorship required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee IT project planning, resource allocation, stakeholder coordination, and delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Create and maintain infrastructure project checklists and compliance frameworks.
• Develop detailed technical proposals and executive reporting tools.
• Conduct continuous improvement assessments to optimize processes.
• Provide end-to-end delivery of technical solutions meeting quality standards.
• Create internal documentation of service offerings and SLAs; map procurement-to-inventory processes.
