Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a Project Manager to transform technology into opportunity and lead all aspects of project performance on-site at customer locations.

You will serve as primary liaison between Service Lane Leads, Government personnel and Senior Program Manager, ensuring delivery aligns with contract requirements and program goals. A BA/BS with 5+ years of experience and TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree plus 5 years of related experience.
• Security Clearance TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Ability to lead teams and maintain morale.
• Location: On Customer Site.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of project performance to include technical, contractual and administrative.
• Serves as primary point of contact and liaison between Service Lane Leads, Government personnel and Senior Program Manager.
• Collaborate and partner with government project managers to develop and maintain PMO processes, guidelines, and procedures.
• Demonstrate collaborative efforts across multiple disciplines, divisions, and/or teams.
• Manages and supervises personnel involved in all aspects of project activity, organizes and assigns responsibilities to subordinates and oversees the successful completion of all tasks.
• Manage fact finding, analysis and development of final reports and delivery of presentations related to information technology.
• Expert knowledge of organization and Information Technology operations and business objectives.
• Collects, analyzes and interprets data in one or more specialties.
• Formulates and defines system scope and objectives, develops or modifies processes to solve complex problems for computer systems and business interfaces.
• Develops and applies advanced engineering and design methods, provides integrated master schedule and solution approaches.
