Job summary

My3Tech is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to lead IT initiatives for the South Carolina Admin Department. Onsite in Columbia, the role focuses on delivering complex programs with strong business analysis, requirements management, and governance.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain plans, and drive outcomes from initiation through closure. Required: 7+ years PM, 5+ years BA, experience with IT/regulatory projects, bachelor's degree, PMP/ PMI-ACP preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience with complex initiatives.
• 5+ years in business analysis and process redesign.
• 5+ years leading IT/regulatory or enterprise-scale programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and governance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and executive status updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor oversight.
• Validate scope and requirements through workshops and sessions.
• Support procurement processes and ensure policy compliance.
