Job summary

Qualifications

• Four (4) years in a project management position with at least one (1) year of supervisory or lead experience.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing technology projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, vendor management, and contract processes.

Responsibilities

• Performs project management, implementation, testing, upgrade, support, and training for application systems and departments.
• Manages troubleshooting, problem solving, testing techniques, and data conversion processes within application support.
• Performs business analysis and documents requirements, recommending hardware/software solutions.
• Designs, develops, and supports users, systems, and project management documentation.
• Provides input for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs and assesses vendor scopes of work and contracts.
• Provides guidance and training to staff and monitors progress.
• Analyzes IT budget needs and orders for designated departments.
• Manages application security.
