Job summary

Digerati Systems Inc. seeks an IT Senior Project Manager to support the Enterprise Program Office during multiple projects from August to March. The role focuses on managing SaaS software implementations, detailed planning, and stakeholder communication.

Work will involve on-site collaboration in Everett, WA, with remote work on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. The selected candidate will report to the Enterprise Program Office and coordinate across project teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience with project management of SaaS software implementations.
• Detailed project planning, monitoring and controlling projects utilizing project plans and other tools, e.g. RAID log, status reporting, planning and facilitating meetings.
• Change management and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage project PM for CAD RMS software implementation.
• Oversee vanpool software feasibility study and implementation.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Program Office staff on project tasks and reporting.
