Qualifications

• 10–15 years IT project delivery in financial services.
• Hands-on Market Risk/Credit Risk/Trading Tech experience.
• Track record delivering regulatory IT projects (FRTB, BCBS 239, SA–CCR).
• Comfortable working directly with engineering/QA on SDLC mechanics.
• Advanced hands-on Jira/Confluence (workflows, dashboards, reporting).
• Clear stakeholder communication — status packs, risk escalation, options framing.
• Working quant fluency (VaR, CVA, P&L explain).
• Structured RAID/dependency management and budget tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of 3–5 concurrent IT projects/workstreams — requirements through build, test, deployment, BAU handoff.
• Drive sprint/release planning with engineering leads — backlog grooming, velocity, blocker resolution.
• Own project plans, RAID logs, milestone trackers; manage cross‑team dependencies.
• Partner with engineering/QA on SDLC rigor — code review gates, test coverage, release management.
• Translate regulatory requirements (FRTB, BCBS 239, SA‑CCR) into delivery plans and track execution.
• Manage project budget/run‑rate, resourcing, vendor SOW execution.
• Drive hands‑on AI tooling adoption to automate SDLC tasks and reporting.
