Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Project Manager to lead IT projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget.

You will coordinate infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications, translating directives from the Infrastructure Director into actionable plans, managing risks, and driving multi-project execution to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Active PMP certification required. Proof of certification must be provided.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience leading complex IT projects.
• Minimum 3 years leading infrastructure or cybersecurity projects in change-controlled production environments.
• Experience collaborating with executive leadership, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own IT projects from initiation through planning, execution, implementation, and closure, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications.
• Translate direction from the Infrastructure Director into actionable project plans, milestones, and resource needs.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, and roadblocks with clear recommendations.
• Coordinate infrastructure engineers, security specialists, stakeholders, vendors, and partners to achieve outcomes.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities while maintaining delivery commitments.
• Ensure successful project implementation, operational handoff, and formal closure.
• Plan and drive cryptographic keys and certificate lifecycle projects, including rotation, inventory, sequencing, and rollback planning.
• Establish repeatable rotation schedules and handoff to ongoing operations.
