Job summary

Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC is seeking a senior project professional in Newark to lead large, complex infrastructure initiatives. The role requires coordination across engineering and IT, rigorous plan reviews, and oversight of construction documentation in line with NJDCA processes.

The ideal candidate will review network diagrams, RFIs, schedules, and CSI-format documents, while leveraging MS Office, Visio, AutoCAD, and Planview to drive on-schedule delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years managing large, complex infrastructure or technology projects.
• Experience with plan review processes and construction documentation workflows; familiarity with NJDCA permitting processes required.
• Strong experience coordinating technical review cycles and working with SMEs across engineering and IT disciplines.
• Experience reviewing network diagrams, schedules, shop drawings, RFIs, and specifications.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Visio.
• Experience with AutoCAD and CSI‑format documents (review-level experience acceptable).
• Proven ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading project teams from initiation through implementation.
• Experience with Planview or other PPM tools (Clarity, HP PPM, etc.).
• Strong communication skills with business leaders, technical SMEs, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Proven capability in risk management and issue resolution.
