Job summary

Ethereum Technologies seeks a senior project leader to manage large, complex infrastructure initiatives in Newark, NJ. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering and IT, oversee planning and documentation workstreams, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

The role requires deep experience with plan reviews, permitting, and risk management, plus proficiency in Planview, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of managing large infrastructure projects.
• Experience with plan review processes and construction documentation workflows.
• Familiarity with NJDCA permitting processes.
• Coordinating technical review cycles with SMEs across engineering and IT.
• Reviewing network diagrams, schedules, shop drawings, RFIs, and specs.
• Leading project teams from initiation through implementation.
• Experience with Planview or other PPM tools (Clarity, HP PPM).
• Strong communication with leaders, SMEs, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Strong capability in risk management and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate large infrastructure project initiatives from initiation to delivery.
• Interface with SMEs across engineering and IT to drive reviews and approvals.
• Manage plans, schedules, and documentation in standard workflows.
