Job summary

The University of Michigan's Information Assurance at Michigan Medicine (IA:MM) team is seeking interested candidates for a Senior Project Manager position. This role will manage multiple projects that are designed to safeguard institutional data.

As a Senior Project Manager, you oversee the planning and implementation of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that the budgeting, timelines, communication, risks and constraints are managed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM).
• Proven ability to independently lead large or complex projects or programs.
• Experience creating and maintaining deliverables: scope, plan, status reports, cost estimates, communication plans, presentations, risk management plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of multiple projects, ensuring budgets, timelines, risks, and constraints are managed.
• Serve as single point of contact for projects and interface with end users, IT services, and client services.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports; manage vendor tasks and deliverables.
