Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading projects as a PM.
• Experience managing budgets >$20M and IT projects in large enterprises.
• Experience coordinating vendors/third-party providers and multi-stakeholder teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare information for presentations for executives, managers and team members.
• Monitor, control, and communicate project progress across scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, and risks.
• Lead collaboration between technical and business teams to gain consensus and commitment.
• Manage interfaces with other agencies and ensure adherence to governance.
• Guide projects through Michigan state methodologies and lifecycle phases.
• Enforce Change Management processes with proper approvals.
• Understand benefits and impact of changes on business cases; update artifacts accordingly.
• Review vendor contracts and manage deliverables per approval procedures.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and ensure deliverables are assigned, reviewed, and completed.
