Job summary

Trace Systems Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support IT project management activities at the unit level, overseeing all aspects of the project and leading a team on large or complex efforts.

The role requires collaboration with support personnel and clear communication with government leadership, backed by strong documentation and technical writing abilities. The position demands DoD 8140 compliance with Security+ certification, a minimum of twelve years in design/development,

Qualifications

Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive experience in design and development.
At least five (5) years of management and supervisory experience overseeing military hardware and software development projects.
Required certification: Security+.
Able to travel to support mission up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Provide functions to support IT project management activities at unit level, overseeing all aspects of the project.
Lead a team on large projects or a significant segment of large and complex projects.
Collaborate effectively with support personnel and communicate clearly with government leadership.
Demonstrate exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills and maintain strong documentation and technical writing abilities.
