Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives across manufacturing, operations, logistics, and corporate functions. The role is onsite in Irving, TX, and offers visibility across a growing PMO with strategic business impact.

You will drive governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with executives and technical teams to deliver complex programs, including ERP and payroll modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise IT projects or large-scale transformation programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership (Director/VP/C-suite).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology and business transformation projects across manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions.
• Develop and enhance project governance, documentation, prioritization, and portfolio management processes.
• Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to align project outcomes with organizational objectives.
• Drive project planning, risk management, change management, and stakeholder communications for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Support strategic modernization efforts including ERP, payroll, operational technology, and enterprise platform implementations.
