Swoon seeks a Senior Information Technology Project Manager in Dallas, TX. This hybrid, 6‑month contract role focuses on overseeing cross‑functional IT projects including software releases, ERP implementations, and cybersecurity initiatives.

Candidates should have 5–7 years managing multiple IT/OT projects, strong SDLC understanding, and PMP certification. Travel is limited and W2 conversion is available.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years managing multiple software, hardware, and/or ERP projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across functional workstreams.
• Proven experience managing implementations with responsibilities shared across multiple system integrators.
• Proven experience leading software releases, ERP implementations, and/or security projects.
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• PMP certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain project scope and objectives with stakeholders, cybersecurity management, and delivery leads.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules to track progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Deliver projects within budget and achieve desired outcomes.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost through change control processes.
• Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and cross-functional activities.
• Guide teams through problem resolution with urgency.
• Prepare reports and presentations on timelines and project health.
