Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT project management experience in large enterprise settings.
• Experience leading projects from inception to closure using Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid.
• Strong governance, risk management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level project management initiatives from initiation through closure.
• Build schedules addressing tasks, resources, dependencies and estimates.
• Identify when scope, cost, or time require adjustments and manage accordingly.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and track issues to minimize blockers.
• Leverage lessons learned to improve future projects.
• Provide leadership and coaching to project teams and stakeholders.
• Engage business stakeholders to align PM principles with objectives.
• Influence outcomes through effective leadership and communication.
