Job summary

Quantam Solutions seeks an IT Project Manager to lead multiple enterprise education technology initiatives. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and resources across projects, coordinating vendors and internal teams to deliver results.

Responsibilities include governance, reporting, and strategic alignment with statewide education technology goals, focusing on identity/access, network systems, and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise technology projects across multiple initiatives.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and scope for complex programs.
• Strong collaboration with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of identity and access management and network systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with MS 365 tools for governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle project management for multiple enterprise tech initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Perform needs analysis and align resources to maximize value.
• Provide planning guidance for IT-enabled education initiatives at scale.
• Lead scoping with requirements gathering and success criteria.
• Manage project financials, forecasting, and cost control.
• Report status, risks, and financials clearly to stakeholders.
• Coordinate vendor partners, contracts, and delivery alignment.
• Lead matrixed teams and facilitate governance activities.
• Build strong relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with PM standards and governance.
