Job summary

Quanta Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT program leader to establish and drive enterprise-wide initiatives across Infrastructure, Security, and Acquisition Integration. You will guide PMs and coordinators, align programs with business goals, and ensure measurable benefits.

This role requires executive-level collaboration and a track record of delivering complex IT programs. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in IT or related field, 10+ years of IT leadership, and 3–5 years managing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field, with 10+ years in IT management and process execution.
• 3–5 years of leadership responsibility managing midsize to large teams and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.
• Operational knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Security and Acquisition Integration.
• Direct experience implementing cloud services.
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum Master preferred; PMP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organizes programs and activities in line with the Infrastructure, Security and Acquisition Integration roadmaps.
• Develops new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
• Creates and manages long-term goals and a budget for the program.
• Leads project teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, security, quality and on-time delivery.
• Communicates with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite, to explain project status and decisions.
• Manages program scope, risks and issues, and procurement of package-related hardware/software/services.
• Coaches and mentors staff and managers dedicated to the initiative; coordinates internal/external resources.
