Job summary

Appex Innovation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate highly integrated ITS initiatives. The role requires handling scope, schedule, and budget for multi-year projects while guiding cross-functional teams in a complex technical environment.

You will drive requirements gathering, create business and technical documents, oversee testing and deployment planning, and report progress to executives. Strong proficiency with MS Project and hybrid delivery methods is essential.

Qualifications

• 84+ months guiding large teams in IT projects.
• 84 months managing 3-5 simultaneous application development projects incl. COTS and in-house.
• Experience SSDLC and vendor management.
• Creating budgets, schedules, scope, status reports, and communication plans.
• Proficiency in MS Project and tracking across Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid.
• Experience with QA, UAT, defects and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule and budget of complex multi-year ITS projects.
• Guide multi-entity project teams and document requirements.
• Deliver project status presentations to executives.
