Qualifications

• 3 years of work-related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Five or more years of relevant professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology projects through planning, execution and implementation.
• Coordinate stakeholders to meet objectives, requirements and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans with scope, milestones, and schedules.
• Manage cross-functional teams and vendor performance.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets and expenditures.
• Track progress, risks, issues, and governance compliance.
• Assess change requests and coordinate approvals and implementation.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for resolution.
• Create communication plans and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Support organizational change management and user readiness.
• Ensure accessibility and regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle.
