Qualifications

• Associate Degree in applicable profession, business, or technical discipline with 7–10 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in large-scale IT program/project management in utilities or regulated industries.
• Experience with AMI, smart grid, or large Electric Utility technology projects preferred (AMI 1.0/2.0).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and deliver regular financial reports for AMI 2.0 program.
• Develop a comprehensive resource plan across workstreams (integration, data, infrastructure, testing).
• Refine a high-level solution blueprint covering scope, schedule, and budget.
• Plan and coordinate Planning & Analyze phases, ensuring readiness for Build activities.
• Coordinate activities across technical and business teams to meet milestones.
• Track scope changes and escalate risks with traceability to requirements and deliverables.
• Maintain documentation of financial transactions and milestones for audit.
• Identify risks and opportunities; support procurement and contract negotiations.
