The role requires 8+ years of experience in managing enterprise IT projects and strong proficiency in Agile methodologies. Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience leading enterprise or public sector technology projects.
• Proven success managing Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks, and project governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle: scope, planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk mitigation, and delivery.
• Manage Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization.
• Develop and maintain project documentation (charters, RAID logs, schedules, and reports).
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and technical teams for solution alignment.
• Oversee vendor deliverables and enforce accountability.
• Support change management, training, and go‑live planning for technology rollouts.
• Communicate project updates, metrics, and risk assessments to leadership and stakeholders.
