Qualifications

• Experience leading IT projects in research, academic, or healthcare research environments.
• Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects and delivering outcomes.
• Experience with Agile planning tools such as Jira, Rally, VersionOne.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and planning activities.
• Coordinate technical, business, academic, and research stakeholders.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Support project teams in resolving roadblocks and driving progress.
• Communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and mentor team members.
