Qualifications

• Experience leading technology projects that support research, academic research, scientific research, or research computing environments.
• Ability to work directly with researchers, faculty, PIs, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Agile/Scrum project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and planning activities.
• Coordinate technical and business stakeholders.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables.
• Support project teams in resolving roadblocks.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience leading technology projects that support research, academic research, scientific research, research computing, or similar research-focused environments
• Ability to work directly with researchers, faculty, principal investigators (PIs), and cross-functional stakeholders
• Agile/Scrum project management experience
• Experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects
• Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills
• Experience facilitating meetings and driving project outcomes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Agile planning tools such as Jira, Rally, VersionOne, or similar platforms
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams
