Job summary

Paradigm Technology is seeking Project Managers for IT initiatives in a public utility environment. The role requires leading large, complex IT projects through initiation to closeout with monthly on-site presence in Chattanooga, TN.

You will direct cross-functional teams, maintain controls on cost, schedule, and risk, and ensure alignment with strategic goals while managing multi-million-dollar budgets and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing large, complex projects.
• PMP certification is required.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets or large project portfolios.
• Experience in public utility, regulated, or large enterprise environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all IT project phases from planning through closeout.
• Manage IT projects/portfolios with $7M–$15M budgets.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Establish project controls for cost, schedule, scope, risk, and milestones.
• Coordinate with finance and accounting on project allocations.
