MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead large, complex, cross-functional technology initiatives for a major U.S. organization.
This position requires a project leader who combines strong delivery fundamentals with strategic thinking, proactive risk management, executive communication, and the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex situations.
This is a local Tulsa-area opportunity with a hybrid schedule. Candidates must be able to work onsite in Tulsa Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Friday.
You will lead multiple complex technology projects and programs with significant organizational impact.
The successful candidate will work across business leadership, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives, risks are identified early, decisions are made efficiently, and initiatives deliver sustainable business value.
This position requires more than project administration. We are looking for someone who anticipates issues, challenges assumptions, presents solutions, and helps teams navigate uncertainty.

This is a hybrid position based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
