Position: IT Project Manager (IT PM)

Certifications: PMP required

Compensation: $100-130K plus 9% bonus. Our typical range is around $115K for seasoned professionals.

Purpose

Professional project management delivering solutions within budget, timeline, specifications/quality, and sponsor satisfaction. Focus on providing Gases US with tools and systems to enhance skills, productivity, and reduce costs. Responsible for project and process lifecycle management, handling mid-range projects, and participating in larger initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives, processes, and systems.
• Lead and manage project team members.
• Control scope, costs, and timelines.
• Manage risks and make decisions.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• PMP or similar certification
• Minimum 5 years of business and IT experience, focusing on process implementation leveraging multiple systems
• Knowledge of Agile development paradigms
• Strong listening skills and sound judgment
• Ability to learn from experiences and share learnings
• Experience in a large corporate environment
• Track record managing small to medium IT projects successfully, accountable for budget, timeline, and sponsor satisfaction
• Knowledge of current IT trends and project management tools
• Experience managing internal and external resources, virtually and in-person, across cultures and locations
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written) at all organizational levels
• Bonus: Knowledge of Distribution Operations and IoT – Telemetry
