Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs project management, implementation, testing, upgrade, support, and training for application systems and departments.
• Oversees troubleshooting, data conversion, security, and overall application support.
• Manages the AMI Network and related software development, deployment and interfaces.
• Conducts business analysis and documents requirements; recommends hardware/software solutions.
• Coordinates vendor RFP/RFQ/RFI processes and assesses vendor scopes of work.
• Provides budget guidance and training to staff; monitors progress.
