Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible project management experience.
• 5+ years in a local government environment.
• Experience leading large-scale, complex projects with budgets of $10M+.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams with business and technical leaders.
• Public-sector or highly regulated environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee large-scale enterprise technology modernization and system implementation projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate workstreams across vendors, consultants, and executive leadership.
• Establish governance, reporting, and escalation procedures for projects.
• Manage risks, issues, scope changes, and vendor performance.
• Oversee requirements, data migration, testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities.
