Job summary

ANM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee IT infrastructure projects and ensure client success against business outcomes. You will drive PMI-aligned delivery and coordinate with clients, vendors, and engineering teams to keep projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, monitoring schedules, preparing status reports, managing risks, and ensuring full SLA compliance. Travel is occasionally required; PMP or Agile certs preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 3–5 years in client-facing roles.
• 2–3 years managing Technology Projects.
• Knowledge of waterfall, hybrid, and agile PM methodologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Apply PMI best practices to core business projects.
• Deliver professional services to clients and manage project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and engineering teams to complete IT projects on time and within budget.
• Identify, track, and resolve issues and risks across projects.
• Maintain project documentation and client SLA compliance.
• Act as a trusted client advocate and maintain high client satisfaction.
