Job summary

Lilly is seeking an Associate Director – IT Systems Delivery Lead to drive multi-program delivery at its new API manufacturing sites in the United States. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure alignment with site and IT strategy, while coordinating with Process Engineers, Operations, Quality, and TS/MS.

The role requires strong business acumen, extensive program management experience, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years of program or portfolio management experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, Scrum and software development methodologies.
• Experience in Pharma and GMP Manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale programs from design through delivery on a green field site.
• Oversee release train engineering and coordinate with multiple teams for timely delivery.
• Apply Agile and/or Waterfall techniques to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Ensure GxP compliance and maintain high quality and regulatory standards.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels and provide clear, regular program updates.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
• Allocate resources across projects to optimize productivity.
• Generate and present reports on progress, metrics, and outcomes.
