Job summary

Nationwide IT Services, NIS, is seeking a Program Manager to lead contract support operations and projects for data processing and information management teams.

The role directs planning, execution, and delivery across one or more projects, involving analysis, design, integration, testing, documentation, conversion, extension, and implementation of automated information and telecommunications systems. A SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of program management experience.
• Ten years of leadership experience in IT/consulting.
• Experience with IT acquisition milestones.
• Certification: PMP or equivalent; training/experience can be substituted with explanation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day contract support operations across multiple projects, teams, and locations.
• Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of all contract activities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through analysis, design, integration, testing, and implementation of automated information systems.
• Set priorities, assign work, monitor progress, address risks, and ensure deliverables.
• Adjust management structure, staffing, and reporting to support contract execution.
• Communicate plans and status clearly in writing and meetings.
• Support IT acquisition activities by assessing source documentation and aiding acquisition docs.
