Job summary

FUJIFILM Biosciences in Irvine, CA seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead large, complex IT programs and oversee portfolio execution within LSS-IT. This onsite, full-time role drives program management, financial governance, and executive-level reporting.

You will mature PMO capabilities, manage cross-project dependencies, vendor engagements, and alignment with enterprise value realization. Onsite in Irvine with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT project and program management.
• Proven experience managing multi‑million‑dollar technology portfolios and complex enterprise deployments.
• Strong capability in portfolio‑level financial management, budget forecasting, and executive status reporting.
• Advanced vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
• Experience with GxP environments (21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11).
• English language proficiency and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct multi-track, high-budget IT projects and programs through full execution lifecycle.
• Lead financial management at the project level including CAPEX/OPEX forecasting and burn rate monitoring.
• Manage master schedules, risk mitigation, and cross-project dependencies.
• Lead large-scale vendor engagements and SOW negotiations.
• Oversee complex cutover planning and structured support models.
• Track IT portfolio spend vs. budgets and reconcile costs.
• Produce executive portfolio dashboards and status reports.
