Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT program and/or project management.
• Extensive experience in the oil & gas industry is required.
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional IT programs with financial accountability.
• Strong understanding of standard project/program methodologies (PMI, Agile, hybrid).
• Experience managing external vendors and SaaS-based technology solutions.
• Ability to work effectively with executives, senior leadership, and teams at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, changing environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level IT programs supporting Crescent Energy’s oil & gas operations and corporate systems.
• Manage full program lifecycle: planning, execution, risk and dependency management, delivery.
• Own financial oversight: budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, executive reporting.
• Partner with leaders across Crescent Energy units to align priorities and drive outcomes.
• Coordinate with IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure delivery commitments.
• Provide clear program status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Pivot and re-prioritize in response to changing business needs and leadership direction.
