Lead PM activities with federal clients, including planning, scheduling, milestones, and status reporting.
Collaborate with clients to define objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Coordinate steering committees, working groups, and stakeholder communications.
Manage cross-functional teams of analysts and technical consultants to meet milestones.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Provide strategic/advisory insights on AI, digital transformation, and readiness.
