Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a Program Senior Manager in Bethesda, MD to lead a multifaceted IT program. You will report to the program’s executive and interact with federal leadership, customers, and peers.

You will guide a team delivering service desk, deskside, and backend support while driving IT centralization and modernization initiatives. A PMP or equivalent certification is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or related field.
• Five consecutive years of demonstrated successful management of multifaceted technical programs.
• Active PMP or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and motivate a team of Service Desk, Deskside, and Backend Support professionals to deliver high-quality IT support and meet SLAs.
• Assist the federal customer with IT centralization and modernization.
