Job summary

E Logic is seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to lead a critical federal contract for the FDA in Silver Spring. You will oversee a technical team responsible for operations, maintenance, and user training for FDA's SAS platforms.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of IT program management experience, particularly in data analytics, and familiarity with FDA IT procedures. Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, and serving as the primary contact for the FDA.

This role is contingent upon the proposal selection process for the FDA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT programs and deployments.
• 5+ years of dedicated experience in Data Analytics / Data Science.
• Experience managing enterprise-level clustered platforms and SAS software products.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract scope, budget, schedules, and deliverables.
• Act as primary liaison to FDA Contracting Officer's Representative.
• Maintain the project risk log and oversee GFE/licensing inventory.
