Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to oversee highly complex system projects and programs. You will assemble and lead project teams, identify resources, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion.

The role involves coordinating stakeholders and mitigating risks across interrelated projects and programs. The position follows a Hybrid work style (2-3 days in office) and requires proximity to Dallas/Frisco, TX, or other designated IT locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience
• 3+ experience delivering concurrent complex technical initiatives end‑to‑end
• 1+ years' experience with technical product selection, design, and IT solution implementation preferrably in health, finance, or other highly regulated industries
• Excellent communication including executive level
• 3+ years' experience with SDLC Project Management
• Must be comfortable working on projects that are not black and white and can analyze situations from a strategic lense.
