Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to oversee complex system projects and programs. You will assemble and guide project teams, define resources, and build schedules to ensure on-time delivery while collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate risks.

Role requires SDLC/ITIL familiarity and a focus on consumer experiences. The position is remote within the United States with occasional travel for training or meetings; standard weekly hours are 40.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of technical experience.
• Experience in technical product selection, design and practical IT solution implementation.
• Must be passionate about improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee various system projects and programs of high complexity.
• Lead project teams, identify resources, and develop schedules for timely completion.
• Manage stakeholder partnerships and mitigate project risks.
• Coordinate interdependencies when managing programs to deliver long-term business value.
