Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years in IT project/program management.
• Experience managing large-scale programs with multiple related projects.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Office 365, and Outlook.
• Ability to establish program plans, governance, and executive reporting.
• Experience in organizational change management (OCM).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains integrated program plans and performance measures.
• Establishes governance, roles, decision-making, escalation, and reporting.
• Coordinates scope, priorities, deadlines, resources, and deliverables across the program.
• Manages cross-project dependencies, risks, and change requests with escalation as needed.
• Monitors progress, budget, schedule, and outcomes; provides status reports to stakeholders.
• Leads program governance meetings and stakeholder discussions.
• Develops documentation, training materials, and user guides for implementations.
• Tracks program outcomes and benefits to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Supports transition to operations and sustainment of new systems and processes.
• Manages vendor and consultant relationships and delivery expectations.
