Job summary

You will drive organizational change management, prepare stakeholders for new systems, and report to senior management. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business and 7–10 years of IT project/program mgmt experience.
• Experience managing large IT programs with cross-functional teams.
• OCM experience and related certifications preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365, Outlook, and MS Project or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains integrated program plans, project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and performance measures.
• Establishes program governance, roles, decision-making processes, escalation paths, and stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinates project scope, priorities, deadlines, resources, and deliverable schedules across the program.
• Manages cross-project dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and change requests; escalates concerns and actions.
• Monitors program progress, budget, schedule, and outcomes; provides regular status reports to senior management.
