Job summary

Amatriot Group, LLC seeks a .NET Team Lead to support a government contract in Arlington, VA. This on-site role leads a software development team delivering applications for law enforcement operations under the DEA.

The candidate will guide technical decisions, ensure code quality, and drive modernization, with extensive ASP.NET MVC/C# experience and a strong Agile background. Active Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• Minimum 15 years of web development experience.
• Minimum 5 years of .NET Core/.NET Standard development experience.
• Minimum 10 years of ASP.NET C# MVC web development with Visual Studio 2017 or later.
• Minimum 8 years in Agile development, including sprints, backlog grooming, and ceremonies.
• Experience as a developer in large-scale environments (>10k users, large RDBMS).
• Experience with automated unit tests (≥1,000).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5–7 developers supporting the DEA mission.
• Guide technical decisions, best practices, and development efficiencies.
• Lead technical planning meetings and code reviews.
• Support modernization of software development practices.
• Ensure software quality before production deployment.
• Collaborate with leadership and customers to ensure requirements are reflected.
