Quality AI in Alameda, CA is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead agile delivery and operations for complex software initiatives. You’ll coordinate engineering, product, and operations teams, own end-to-end programs, and ensure readiness for production releases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program/project management experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery.
• Experience coordinating multiple engineering teams with prioritization and risk mgmt.
• Comfort in high-visibility settings and executive demos.
• Familiarity with AI/automation tools for reporting or workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional software delivery across engineering, product, and operations.
• Own end-to-end software program delivery spanning infrastructure, tooling, telemetry, and data pipelines.
• Gate software readiness before production releases and factory sign-off.
• Manage operational functions including tech support workflows and engagement programs.
• Prepare and present live demos for senior leadership and executives.
• Develop AI-powered reporting dashboards to track deliverables and risks.
