Project Fixers is seeking an experienced leader to own complex IT programs in distress. You will lead initiatives across several teams, stabilize lacking structure, realign stakeholders, and drive decisive execution to plan in high-visibility environments in Seattle.

The role requires deep program management experience, ability to navigate cross-functional dynamics, and strong communication with senior sponsors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex IT programs and digital transformations.
• Experience with multi-system enterprise environments (ERP, CRM, integrations).
• Ability to learn and guide teams through roadblocks, not just track status.
• Experience working across multiple teams with competing priorities.
• Good judgment, high IQ/EQ, calm under pressure, and ability to simplify complexity.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale IT programs across multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders.
• Rescue programs lacking structure and momentum; Identify root-causes of program dysfunctions – and address them directly.
• Drive execution across business, technology, and external partners.
• Establish clarity where there is ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, including when the message is not easy.
