Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering, MIS, or related field
• Location on-site
• Clearance TS/SCI with Polygraph
• 10+ years IT project management or related experience
• 5+ years leading multiple concurrent complex enterprise IT projects/workstreams
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and government-customer communication skills
• Delivery experience in IC environments with multiple technical domains
• Experience building WBS, schedules, dependencies, baselines, forecasts, and recovery plans
• Experience with MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Confluence/SharePoint, Excel, Power BI

Responsibilities

• Own integrated delivery plan, cadence, dependencies, and customer reporting
• Lead multiple cloud/M365, identity, EUC/VDI, AI, data, cybersecurity, and IT service projects
• Translate requirements into integrated WBS, schedules, milestones, resource assumptions
• Maintain an integrated master schedule showing critical paths and forecast dates
• Prioritize work based on mission value, government commitments, risk, and capacity
• Resolve SME/shared-environment conflicts; document decisions and owners
• Maintain disciplined controls across all project elements with escalation
• Facilitate planning sessions, reviews, risk reviews, and readiness activities
• Apply predictive, Agile, and hybrid delivery methods appropriately while preserving forecast
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders, architects, engineers, and vendors
• Plan for procurement, licensing, environment access, and RMF/ATO activities
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and benefits; recovery options
• Ensure deployed projects have validated requirements, security approvals, and post-deployment verification
• Coach workstream leads and team members
