Job summary

TekPro Support Services, LLC (TSS) seeks a Senior IT Professional to support the Department of Energy in New Orleans, LA. The role is onsite and requires a Top Secret clearance.

You will provide IT, cloud, cybersecurity, data management, and SharePoint support to SPRPMO, developing dashboards and reports while ensuring secure, compliant operations. You will administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, SharePoint, and Teams, build data visualizations with Power BI, and assist with risk assessments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible IT experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and control validation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze SPR data systems and enterprise computing requirements.
• Develop and maintain DOE SharePoint sites, workflows, and data visualizations.
• Provide admin-level support for DOE cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune).
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and related tools.
• Support cybersecurity risk assessments and control validation per DOE requirements.
• Coordinate with DOE IT leadership and stakeholders for project guidance and reporting.
