Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission in Austin seeks an IT Business Analyst IV (Long Term Care Product Owner) to lead complex LTC enrollment, service authorization and claims initiatives within Medicaid and CHIP Services.

Reporting to the BAS Director, you will coordinate with state programs and vendors, drive user stories, oversee testing, and mentor other analysts in an Agile environment; on-site with telework possibility per policy.

Qualifications

• Experience with Texas Medicaid LTC programs.
• Experience as Product Owner in an Agile environment.
• Experience in user acceptance testing.
• Experience working with LTC systems in Medicaid/CHIP.

Responsibilities

• Oversees LTC projects and senior business analysts, coordinates priorities and resources.
• Leads analysis and research across LTC systems to identify issues and enhancements.
• Provides liaison between IT, program, and operations to translate needs into requirements.
• Coordinates and oversees UAT and testing to ensure business requirements are met.
• Facilitates cross-team collaboration and manages stakeholder communications.
